Monthly Financial Updates

This monthly report excludes any salaried income. The purpose of this financial review is to assess the sustainability of my financial independence, focusing solely on the total amount of passive income received. As of 2024 September 1st, I have officially activated my FIRE journey, meaning I am no longer receiving a salary from a traditional job.

 

3 months of FIRE, and I’m not getting enough rest! I’m so busy with ongoing tasks that I wonder what’s going on! A friend asked me, "Don’t you feel bored at home?" The truth is, I don’t really stay home much. Most of my routine hasn’t changed. I still go out between 9 to 5 on weekdays, working on my own projects at my own pace. A host of projects are running through my mind, waiting for me to take action! I guess that’s the difference between me and others.

Dividend income for November shrank to just $1,128.71. Based on my projections, however, it’s likely I will be able to reach my target for 2024. We’ll see how that plays out in December.

Rental income remains stable, and I’ve also received some additional returns from a fixed deposit.

 

 Portfolio not much changes. Quiet market.
