Mapletree Commercial Trust expanding at Alexandra

It has been widely anticipated since year 2016 that some day Mapletree Commercial Trust will expand their holdings at Alexandra. Details can be found below:

It appeared that the long wait is finally ending. According to the news, this will further boast the DPU up to 6%. If this is based on the existing market price $2.30, this could be more than 6% DPU for me as my entry price was around $1.57. 

There were many other new REIT entering Singapore this year, like the Lendlease Global Commercial Reit and Eagle Hospitality Trust. Both of it I choose not to invest at the moment as I am already quite heavily exposed to REIT industry.
