It appeared that the long wait is finally ending. According to the news, this will further boast the DPU up to 6%. If this is based on the existing market price $2.30, this could be more than 6% DPU for me as my entry price was around $1.57.
There were many other new REIT entering Singapore this year, like the Lendlease Global Commercial Reit and Eagle Hospitality Trust. Both of it I choose not to invest at the moment as I am already quite heavily exposed to REIT industry.
